There’s also a bumper property section in this newsletter. Our featured properties for this month all have one thing in common – they cost less than €200,000 – a bargain in anyone’s language.

We’ve got a range of properties available at an amazing price, so we’re showing you four properties instead of the usual two.

As many of you may be in Cyprus on holiday over the next couple of months, we’ve added a short section of things to do with the emphasis on the kids just in case you have some small people that need wearing out during the day so that you get a bit of peace and quiet in the evening!

If there's anything in particular you'd like to see in our regular newsletters, just drop us a line on info@cypruspropertyworld.com and we'll do our best to include it.

Where to Take the Kids in Cyprus – and Some Fun for Mums and Dads too!

Children are welcomed everywhere in Cyprus where they are treated like kings and there are plenty of activities to wear them out so that you get a little peace at bedtime.

If you’re feeling energetic then the Paphos Aphrodite Water Park is a great fun day out for all the family. There’s a wide selection of pools, slides and hair-raising rides for all ages and if you need a well-earned rest after taking the kids on the rides, you’ll find it in the shady areas or one of the water park’s restaurants and cafes.

If you want to stay with things watery – why not try one of the most popular visits on the island – the Paphos Aquarium - which has underwater caves and a fantastic collection of tropical and Mediterranean fish. Finish your visit in style with a visit to the Aquarium’s restaurant which has the most fabulous views across Paphos harbour.

Limassol is also home to several water parks, just two of which are, the Wet ‘n’ Wild Water Park and the recently opened Fasouri Watermania Water Park.

If just the thought of yet another water park wears you out, why not visit the Marine Life Museum or the new Sea Museum, both in Agia Napa and exhibiting a fascination collection of marine life - past and present.

The Sea Museum is home to a fascinating replica of a 4th century trading ship which was sunk off the coast of Kyrenia - great for lovers of pirate stories!

Older children - and adults - might prefer to try the wide variety of water sports available on the island all year round. Why not have a go at some scuba diving, windsurfing or try a jet ski? Or closer to Limassol, there are also horse-riding and hiking trails and jeep safaris crossing mountain terrain and rivers.

Speed freaks that prefer terra firma can pretend they’re on a Formula One course at the go-karting track of the same name in Paphos, where there are fun races organised for all ages and abilities.

One activity that’s probably more relaxing without the kids is going on one of the wine routes through the wine-producing villages, tasting and learning about the famous Commandaria wine as well as all the
others that are produced in the area.

So for sea and water-lovers of all kinds, Cyprus in the summer time is the place to be. Enjoy your time in Cyprus this summer.
